We produce Cold Pressed Walnut Oil by means of a hydraulic press. Pressing with this method
ensures that all the goodness of the oil is preserved.
Walnut oil is a delicate oil and best used cold, as a dressing drizzled on salad, meat and fish dishes
just before serving. We love adding it along with a spoonful of honey to ice-cream and yoghurt.
