- The contract between us
After placing an order online you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. Completing the transaction process represents your offer to purchase goods from us, which will be accepted by us when we send you an email to confirm that the product has been dispatched. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. The contract relates only to the products that we have confirmed in the dispatch confirmation.
- How to order
PLEASE NOTE – We currently ship to all of the UK & NI but not the Channel Isles or PO Box/ BPFO addresses. For other areas and countries please call us on 07806 917587 and we will calculate a delivery cost.
You can either order online for delivery on our ‘Buy Now’ page or you can download and fill out the PDF order form on that page and post it to us with a cheque.
If you are local to us then you can always just pop in and collect if you notify us first by email at firstname.lastname@example.org . You can pay by cheque or cash on collection.
If you decide to purchase online simply add items to the basket and then go to the Checkout page and follow the instructions. Payment is made through Paypal, if you don’t have a Paypal Account you can pay by Credit Card as well.
- Delivery & Shipping
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours by Royal Mail or My Hermes depending on the actual size and weight.
- Orders up to 2kg – £3.00
- Orders from 2kg – 5Kg £6.00
- Orders from 5kg – 10Kg £8.00
- Orders from 10kg – 15Kg £10.00
- Returns & Cancellation Policy
Every care is taken to ensure that your order is packaged and handled carefully, however, should your order arrive damaged or broken, please contact us by telephone or email within 3 working days to arrange a replacement or refund of any damaged or broken products.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it by contacting us directly by email or in writing by recorded mail. If the product has been removed from the packaging BUT NOT OPENED OR USED we will issue a refund for the full price of the order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return cancelled orders at their own cost. All returned items will be refunded in full within 14 days provided the goods are in good condition. If goods are not received back within 14 days then we will issue a refund if proof of posting is provided however this will be subject to a handling fee if the goods are subsequently received in poor condition or never received.
